Is there an application fee?
Yes. A $55 application fee covers background and credit checks and is non-refundable.
How soon can I move in?
Availability varies, but many units are ready within 1–2 weeks of approval.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely. We’re pet-friendly—with certain breed and weight restrictions. Pet deposits apply.
What utilities are included?
All utilities are billed with the rent except for electricity and cable will be set up by the resident.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes, we require $100,000 personal liability coverage is required prior to move-in for your protection.
How long is the lease?
We offer flexible lease terms—12 to 15 months with the options to renew or extend.
